Ashley & Matt’s love story began virtually when they met online. Matt quickly asked to meet her in person and invvited her to a Kingfish Baseball Game with him. He picked her up and they went to the game and talked the entire time. Their favorite snack there to this day that they still talk about is the feep fried cookie dough bites. After the game, they knew they could not end this hangout so soon. So they went to Festival and had a glitter fight with the glitter from overpriced Hallmark cards. From there they decided to continue the date by going to Walmart. After this they still weren’t ready to say goodbye yet. So they ended the night at Wendy’s, and drove around parking lots while talking about life. 

They hit it off really quickly together, and found they both had the same drives and goals in life. They also had some baggage they both brought into the relationship and were able to help each other through that. This has made their relationship even stronger by sorting through those things. As the years have passed, they continue to fall more in love with each other with every passing day. With each new milestone and memory they create together, their excitement and dreams for the future only continue to grow! They are looking forward to building their family and taking many, many more photos together! 

When we asked Ashley & Matt when they knew marriage was the next chapter in their love story, Matt Shared, “Because I love her and things are better, happier, and fun.” They both have had this conversation many times and still thank God every time for having their paths cross. They have helped each other heal, build, and grow in many different ways. They have talked about their future since day one and made many goals. Together, they have met each goal so far, both personal and together. Their support and love for each other is so strong that it is hard to break them, and they continue to put each other first every single day. They both knew they wanted to take the next step and get married once they realized how much they meant to each other and how strong of a couple they are! 

In their free time, Ashley and Matt like to go to the beach, go on trips (day trips to new places/events too, and take their dogs out and see them have fun. They also enjoy quiet nights in  playing videogames. One of their favorite things to do is take pictures/videos together (they are thankful for cameras with timers)!
