Located 28 miles south of Charlottesville, Avon Hill provides a serene escape with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Avon Hill estate is made up of 100 tree lined acres along the Rockfish River, over five acres of English and American Boxwoods, four overnight accommodations buildings, a pool, and as of 2019, Bruce’s Barn.
