Brittany and Taylor’s beautiful love story began when their paths first crossed thanks to mutual friends. After their first meeting, as fate would have it, they both ended up working at the same hospital, Mercy Medical Center. With a shared passion for helping people, Taylor works for Arthrex in Medical Sales, and Brittany works as an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Physician Assistant. They soon discovered that not only did they have many things in common, but they also shared a rivalry with their college sports teams. Taylor had attended the University of South Carolina, and Brittany had graduated from the University of Florida. This college rivalry inspired Taylor to make a bet with Brittany at work on the UF vs. USC football game on November 11, 2017. The two of them ended up meeting up in Canton for the game that day. Afterward, they had their first official date right at Mama’s on the Half Shell, and they have been together ever since! While it wasn’t clear who won the football bet that day, it is clear that these two walked away winning each other’s hearts!

When we asked Brittany and Taylor when they knew marriage was the next chapter in their love story, they both agreed it was the feeling of home they found in each other. Brittany shared, “We have such a fun and goofy relationship. We can both be our complete selves around each other. I never knew what true love was until I met Taylor. He is the most kind, selfless, incredible man and I feel so lucky to have him in my life. We just enjoy being around each other, no matter what we are doing. We can’t wait to start a family together!”

In their free time, Brittany and Taylor love to play with their Golden Retriever, Marlin. They also enjoy going out for dinner and drinks with friends and attending sporting events (like football games) or concerts. Whether adventuring out on Brittany’s parents’ boat on the Eastern Shore and the beach, or staying in and lounging while watching TV shows and movies, this adorable couple is happy as long as they are together!

Brittany and Taylor have a shared love for their family and friends. As a couple, they value loyalty, and hold a high respect for hard work and the drive to be successful.
