Wow. We knew we wanted to get married here when we came by over a year ago the morning after a wedding (and the place was still being cleaned up). We not only loved the location, but the aesthetic of the venue itself. We picked our date and were set - then along came COVID-19. We were clear with the venue that we did not want to postpone or cancel our wedding. When I say that they worked wonders and were incredibly flexible, I'm understating. Stephanie, in particular, went ABOVE and BEYOND in making sure my husband and I felt comfortable with our options and that our day would still be spectacular. We ended up having to reduce our wedding from ~130 to 50 people due to DC restrictions. Honestly, we could not have imagined it any other way. It was so good. Stephanie and the rest of the District Winery staff made the night perfect. Even with mask and distancing restrictions, the space felt safe and still enjoyable to all. Our guests raved about the food and wine. They could not believe how beautiful the venue was, as well as the views from the terrace. We were able to have our dog join us for the ceremony and photos afterwards. We will never forget how amazing our day was at District Winery and are forever thankful to Stephanie for helping us shape our day into what it was, considering the circumstances.

The Negatives

At District Winery, there is nothing that will ever disappoint you. Yes, there are times when some people are not satisfied with the way the wines provided here taste. But you can certainly go ahead and talk this out with the staff.
