You will be joining the studio side (Era) but will have opportunities to work with our wedding and event team (TLIC). You will be working together with other photographers, videographers, and our studio manager to build seasonal sets, capture and edit family and corporate photo and video, sell additional services, and edit content.

sTUDIO mANAGER

Company Summary: 

TLIC is a quickly growing event photography and videography company. This January, the company will launch a production studio focusing on theme-based family photo and video. Currently, our team consists of 5 full-time team members; Owner/CEO, Sales Manager, Video Director, Photo Director, Editing Director, and 2 Part-time team members; Social Media Manager and Video Editor. 

Our company’s culture is fun, friendly, and creative.

Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced Photographer/Videographer to organize and oversee the daily operations of our studio. You will be the one to ensure that the day to day operations, schedules, procedures, and studio team members are achieving company standards. You will work directly with our team to advance the goals of the company. 

The area of responsibility for this role is requires a dedication to training, developing, and managing the processes at the studio. The ideal candidate is competent and able to plan various operational activities. He/She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to manage the business.

The goal is to champion the company’s operations, to facilitate development, and long-term success.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Participates in hiring and training.
