Taylor and Andy’s love story began back in 2015 when both of them were first introduced thanks to the modern-day matchmaking app, Tinder! They were both intrigued by each other’s profile and with a swipe right they were matched and shared their first conversation. Shortly after talking, they arranged to meet for their first date at Founding Farmers. From the moment they first met in person sparks flew, and the date was a total hit! It was very clear to both Taylor and Andy that they were both into each other from the very beginning and they knew they had found someone very special. It wasn’t too long (only a month later!), that they decided to become official.

For the first seven months of their relationship, they conquered a long-distance relationship and commuted to each other – Taylor was living in Virginia at the time while Andy was in Maryland. This only made their relationship stronger and the moments together more special. They were thrilled when the miles between them finally disappeared, and Taylor and her dogs moved in with Andy in Maryland. As their relationship and love has grown, Taylor and Andy have found that they share many common interests and passions. They both hail from Massachusetts and love all things New England and the Patriots football team. Taylor and Andy have a shared love of the outdoors, first bonding over this when Andy took Taylor on her first real camping trip the summer after they first met. In addition, they share a love for bikes, yoga, and food with each other. Taylor and Andy also bonded over their international backgrounds as Andy is half Indonesian, and Taylor spent her entire childhood growing up in different countries. It is evident that they have both found a best friend in each other, and these shared interests and hobbies make doing life together and dreaming of the future exciting and special!

When we asked Taylor and Andy when they knew marriage was the next chapter in their love story, Taylor shared, “We fell in love of course! Over the course of our relationship, we truly became a team. We dealt with some serious setbacks and worked together to overcome them with compassion and respect for each other. It’s really been a beautiful thing to see and experience how far we’ve come. We are looking forward to many more years of that growth together!”

In their free time, Taylor and Andy love going on camping adventures and staying active by working out. They also like to spend their time gardening, cooking, and baking. Other activities they enjoy are playing video games together and talking about all things science!
