For Toniqua and Owen, it was love at first sight! This adorable couple officially met back in December 2017 after being set-up through mutual friends. Toniqua was struck by Owen’s conversation, demeanor, and shyness. Owen, on the other hand, instantly fell for her sense of humor and glowing smile. 

When we asked Toniqua and Owen when they knew marriage was the next chapter in their love story, Toniqua shared “We couldn’t keep away from one another in the following weeks after we met. Before we knew it, weeks rolled into months, then months rolled into years and we still couldn’t get enough of one another. It didn’t take either one of us long to realize that this was it. In November of last year, Owen asked…and I said yes!”

In their free time, Toniqua and Owen are adventurous and love vacationing together, staycations in Baltimore, and trying different restaurants. They also enjoy walking, and finding new and exciting things to do together. 

Above everything else, Toniqua and Owen value building a foundation built on Christ and to have faith in God and pray on everything they do; respecting one another and committing themselves to remain honest and loyal; and talking to one another in love and always talking out any differences they may have the following day, even when they may be upset.
