What Brought These Two Together
Tori & Matt’s love story began in 2013 when their paths crossed thanks to mutual acquaintances in Winchester, Virginia. From their first meeting on, they quickly found a best friend in each other and loved doing life together. After much familial encouragement, they both decided to take a leap and pursue a romantic relationship. Reflecting back on their history together, Tori shared “It was my favorite life decision of all time.” The rest is history!
Tori shared that after years of building and growing in love, they both agreed marriage felt like the natural progression of their relationship and the best decision for our family.
In their free time, Tori & Matt enjoy trying new things whether it’s experiencing live music or adventuring to places they’ve never been. Their two boys keep them busy and they love watching their kids new learn things. These two also appreciate relaxing on the back and staying in for a movie night.
Above everything else, Tori & Matt both value family first, kindness and a strong work ethic.

Harper’s Ferry
This quaint 19th century town is designated a National Historic District by the National Register. The architecture of the houses and shops reflect the town’s history as a transportation hub 1800 – 1860, a strategic location during the Civil War, a thriving industrial center based on water power in the late 1800s. The Harpers Ferry National Historic Park offers museums, events, and tours. The Appalachian Trail courses through town as its halfway mark between Georgia and Maine.
