Annie and Andrew’s instant connection happened when they first came across each other’s profile on Instagram. They had both had been hoping to find that special person to share their lives with but they had never expected social media to be the matchmaker. Thanks to mutual friends they found each other on Instagram. Their meeting was arranged completely by chance because with Andrew living in Oregon and Annie living in South Carolina, these two would never have crossed paths in everyday life. It’s amazing to think how social media brings the world and relationships closer together! After speaking Annie soon flew out to visit him, and from that moment on the rest was history. It was a feeling of instantly knowing they had found something special. Fast forward to April of 2019, Annie moved to Portland, Oregon. Here they have continued to share milestones in their relationship and make memories together including purchasing their first house together last September where they now live with their two dogs!

When we asked how Annie and Andrew knew marriage was the next chapter in their love story, they both agreed it was a mutual feeling of knowing they had found their person. Annie shared, “It’s simple! When you know, you know. We truly feel our souls were made for each other. We wake up every day feeling so lucky to have the other by our side. We both have never connected with someone in this way and what we have is so unique and special.”

In their free time, Annie and Andrew enjoy drinking wine, playing board games, and planning their next travel adventure. They often take “coffee walks” which involves taking their dogs on walks together and grabbing a nice local coffee. As a couple, they also love to host whether it’s dinners, game nights, holiday parties, and other social events.
