Show Some Love For Gracie & Samantha
What Brought These Two Together
In the late summer of 2019, Gracie started working at Stevenson University, Sam’s alma mater, as a Graduate assistant. Gracie saw Sam walking through the parking lot on the day that Gracie went for her interview and it was love at first sight! After Gracie was hired, they spent some time just being friends. At that time Gracie was dating someone else but she knew deep down that she wanted to be with Sam and Sam wanted to be with her. On one road trip with Gracie’s team, Sam came and there were sparks the whole trip. By the end, Gracie told Sam how she felt and for the last 3 years, they have been inseparable!
They started talking about getting married shortly after dating. Two months later they moved in together and got a dog all in the same week. They stayed in Sam’s townhouse for a while and waited until Gracie was done with Grad School before moving into something new. Gracie got a teaching job shortly after graduation and they started their wedding plans. Then in March of 2020 Covid hit. Sam decided to push off wedding planning as long as she could so that they could celebrate with people they loved. In July they ended up buying a house together and that became the perfect spot for Sam to pop the question with all of their closest family and friends right in the backyard on October 24th, 2020.
They both love to eat good food at their favorite restaurants, binge-watch every TV show that’s on, host their family and friends at their new house and get a well-deserved rest at the end of every evening. Above anything else Sam and Gracie value family, communication, and being a support for one another.
