Management

Marketing Director

Your main job is to lay the framework for how the public will perceive us.

You will design and implement marketing strategies that share our brand voice, engage our target audience, and build a community of loyal followers from mom groups, PTA meetings, churches, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Studio Manager

The lead photographer/ videographer at Era studio. This team member will be responsible for hiring and training team members, setting schedules, and maintaining studio operations.

Ideal candidate will have multiple years of photography experience, a passion for training others,

Videography

Videographer

We are looking for two team members to work together to cover every wedding / event on the weekends and studio sessions during the week. 

Candidates must be okay with directing couples, handling wedding day stress, and have creative vision for the video process. 

$20-$24 Hour

Video Editor

The video editor will work with the video team to compose and edit the wedding and studio footage. 

Our ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of Davinci Resolve, have an eye for storytelling, and be able to turn around projects rapidly. 

$18-$22 Hour

Photographer

Photography is the cornerstone of our studio. Our photographers are personable, friendly, savvy with their gear, and have joy. 

As our photographer, you will work with families to capture magical candid moments. You will need to be confident to succeed in the position.

Photo Editor

The photo editor will work with the photo team to sort, organize, and edit the wedding and studio footage. 

Our ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of Capture One, Lightroom, and Photoshop, and be able to turn around projects rapidly.

Full-Time Studio Photographer / Videographer

You will be joining the studio side (Era) but will have opportunities to work with our wedding and event team (TLIC). You will be working together with other photographers, videographers, and our studio manager to build seasonal sets, capture and edit family and corporate photo and video, sell additional services, and edit content.

Video Editor

TLIC Media is now hiring an in-person editor in Hagerstown, MD! If you enjoy a positive and encouraging work environment, being part of a winning team, and the reward of seeing your creations go viral, this could be your perfect position!

Job Overview:

A Video Editor, or Video Production Editor, is responsible for reviewing audio and visual footage and using computer software to organize clips into a cohesive unit. Their duties include splitting or combining video clips, adding appropriate sounds or graphics, and watching the finished product to catch mistakes before submitting it for review.

Video Editor Duties and Responsibilities

A Video Editor is tasked with taking the raw footage shot and turning it into the final product. This means following an outline, script or shot list and assembling the footage into one cohesive video or film. Often in video and film work, there are many camera angles and takes recorded. It is the responsibility of the Video Editor to review all the footage and create the best output by cutting and connecting various footage, adding sound effects and graphics, and fine-tuning the completed video or film.

Responsibilities to Include:

  • Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
  • Following a script or outline
  • Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs
  • Inputting graphics to enhance footage
  • Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
  • Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage
  • Working closely with directors to present a final product that matches the vision
  • Creating social edits from longer-form video content
  • Having a vision for the overall video appearance
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Social Media and Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with owner and Operations director on marketing strategy
  • B2B and B2C strategy
  • Leverage social media to identify and acquire customers.
