Jessica and Gerson’s wedding at The Bellevue Conference & Events Center in Chantilly, Virginia, was a vibrant celebration of their love and shared passion for Bolivian dance. Throughout the day, Jessica and Gerson were surrounded by love and joy, and their connection was clear in every glance and smile. Our TLIC Photography and Videography team was there to capture all the emotion, but what made this day special was how we worked with the couple to bring out their most authentic moments. Before the ceremony, we took a few minutes to chat with them, allowing them to feel more relaxed in front of the camera. One unique part of our approach was capturing the movement and emotion during their traditional Bolivian dances. We used different angles and techniques to ensure their dances' dynamic energy was fully reflected in both the photos and videos. By staying flexible and attentive to the flow of the day, we could highlight the couple’s vibrant personalities and cultural heritage, making sure they could relive every exciting moment through our work.

Jessica and Gerson's love story started with a dance—and a bit of fun competition. They were part of different Bolivian dance groups and first met at a charity event where they felt an instant connection. Their bond grew stronger when Gerson asked Jessica to dance during a night out with friends; from then on, they were inseparable. Over the past six years, they've had many adventures, from checking out speakeasy bars in Northern Virginia to biking around Washington. D.C. Gerson proposed on Valentine’s Day in 2021, and Jessica said yes. Their relationship is built on kindness, fun, and always being there for each other as best friends and partners.
