Historic Rosemont Springs is the barn side of Historic Rosemont Manor in Berryville, Virginia. A stone terrace with a ten foot waterfall you can get married in front of, and an Amish-built barn a short walk away for dinner and dancing. It is the natural elegance with a touch of rustic charm you expect from a barn, without the barn being the whole personality.

The day runs in a loop. Ready in the couple's suites, down to the waterfall for the ceremony, cocktail hour on the terrace, then into the barn. Nobody is getting in a car, and you are never more than a few minutes from your own party.

We are TLIC Wedding Photo & Video, wedding photographers and videographers working across Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland. Historic Rosemont is one of our favorite venues anywhere. Same family, same property, two venues. The Manor is the historic house and Carriage House. The Springs is the barn and waterfall just down Rosemont Manor Lane in Berryville.

Where do ceremonies happen at Rosemont Springs?

Most couples get married in front of the waterfall on the stone terrace. If it rains, the ceremony moves into the barn, either by the fireplace or with the double doors open to the waterfall.

How many guests does the Springs barn hold?

Up to 400, according to Historic Rosemont. It has heat and air conditioning year round, so the barn works in any season.
