Raspberry Plain weddings
Raspberry Plain sits on a hill outside Leesburg and the view is the whole point. There are four ceremony sites spread around the grounds, a hilltop lawn and a garden path among them, and the Grand Ballroom has windows and sky on three sides.
The day stays close together. Ready in the suite that looks down on the aisle, out to the ceremony, cocktail hour on the patio, then into the ballroom. We always try to steal you back outside for a few minutes when the sun drops.
By now, TLIC Wedding Photo & Video, our wedding photo and video team, has been here for 21 weddings. Sydney & Austin were here in June 2025, and Grace-Lauren & Theordore were here in March 2024, so we know the hill in warm weather and early spring.

- Light is the first thing we watch here. The ballroom gets it from each side, so dance floor photos can still feel like daytime well into the evening.
- Ceremony choices are a real plus. The grounds have four sites, each with its own view, so you can choose the one that fits you.
- Before the walk out, the getting ready suite gives you that window over the aisle. It is a good, quiet moment to catch.
- Cocktail hour has room to shift. The patio has open sky in one part, plus a pergola covered area for shade.
