Shenandoah Lodge weddings

Shenandoah Lodge is in Lake Frederick, Virginia, in the Shenandoah Valley. It sits on a bluff on more than 900 acres of woodland, with Lake Frederick in front and the Blue Ridge mountains in the distance.

The venue has getting-ready rooms for the couple. Ceremonies can be on the Lakeside Lawn or Garden Terrace, guests can gather in the Skyline Room for a pre-event reception, and dinner and dancing can move into the Events Center.

In June 2026, Leah and John brought TLIC Wedding Photo & Video, a wedding photo and video team, to Shenandoah Lodge for photo and video. Our history here is one wedding, so all the photos and film on this page come from that day.

Are outside food or drinks allowed?

Outside food and drink are not allowed. The Shenandoah Club provides food and beverage. A wedding cake or some specialty desserts are the exception.
